    Software Support Executive Job Description Responsibilities: Work closely with new and existing clients to provide software & mobile app support via Whatsapp, through remote sessions (teamviewer) and on-site. Work closely with team leads and client POCs when deploying software for clients. Cloud-based and on-site software support and deployment, installation and migration. Follow instructions closely for deployment SOPs Work with local and overseas partners to resolve support and installation related issues. Ensure that support and installation deadlines are met according to SOPs and up to client’s expectations. Learn existing and new technologies that the company has and will be taking on.
