Software Support Executive
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Work closely with new and existing clients to provide software & mobile app support via Whatsapp, through remote sessions (teamviewer) and on-site.
Work closely with team leads and client POCs when deploying software for clients.
Cloud-based and on-site software support and deployment, installation and migration.
Follow instructions closely for deployment SOPs
Work with local and overseas partners to resolve support and installation related issues.
Ensure that support and installation deadlines are met according to SOPs and up to client’s expectations.
Learn existing and new technologies that the company has and will be taking on.
Propose innovative solutions to challenging problems.
Work with hardware technical team and software developers to solve problems and implement solutions
Able to learn how to solve problems on client servers such as Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP), software installation, task scheduling etc.
Requirements:
At least polytechnic (diploma) and above
Speaks English and Mandarin fluently
Highly Responsive to clients and team mates·
Learns quickly, has natural problem-solving skills
Learn to handle and support all the different types of company software products
Independent self-learner with need for minimal training and supervision.
Be the go-to contact person for clients when they require software support.
Background in IT preferred
