Software Support Executive

Job Description


  • Work closely with new and existing clients to provide software & mobile app support via Whatsapp, through remote sessions (teamviewer) and on-site.

  • Work closely with team leads and client POCs when deploying software for clients.

  • Cloud-based and on-site software support and deployment, installation and migration.

  • Follow instructions closely for deployment SOPs

  • Work with local and overseas partners to resolve support and installation related issues.

  • Ensure that support and installation deadlines are met according to SOPs and up to client’s expectations.

  • Learn existing and new technologies that the company has and will be taking on.

  • Propose innovative solutions to challenging problems.

  • Work with hardware technical team and software developers to solve problems and implement solutions

  • Able to learn how to solve problems on client servers such as Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP), software installation, task scheduling etc.


  • At least polytechnic (diploma) and above

  • Speaks English and Mandarin fluently

  • Highly Responsive to clients and team mates·

  • Learns quickly, has natural problem-solving skills

  • Learn to handle and support all the different types of company software products

  • Independent self-learner with need for minimal training and supervision.

  • Be the go-to contact person for clients when they require software support.

  • Background in IT preferred
