Job Description


  • Develop new business opportunities

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects

  • Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products

  • Bring in sales for company products and services.

  • Create new resellers, tap on existing distribution networks

  • Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports

  • Build and maintain professional networks

  • Meet with potential clients to determine their needs

  • Assist clients with the government grants with the sale is made


  • Diploma and above

  • Minimum 1-2 years of Sales experience

  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results

  • Ability to create and deliver presentations

  • Fast learner and quick thinker, highly independent and resourceful

  • Passionate about sales

  • Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment

  • Possess good communication, marketing, and negotiation skills

  • Experience in HRMS industry or in Systems Integrations
