Job Description
Responsibilities
Develop new business opportunities
Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products
Bring in sales for company products and services.
Create new resellers, tap on existing distribution networks
Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports
Build and maintain professional networks
Meet with potential clients to determine their needs
Assist clients with the government grants with the sale is made
Requirements:
Diploma and above
Minimum 1-2 years of Sales experience
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
Ability to create and deliver presentations
Fast learner and quick thinker, highly independent and resourceful
Passionate about sales
Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment
Possess good communication, marketing, and negotiation skills
Experience in HRMS industry or in Systems Integrations
