Job Description

Responsibilities & requirements


Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma or equivalent:

  • Required language(s): Mandarin, English (In order to liaise with the Mandarin and English speaking associates)

  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

  • Required Skill(s): Accounting, Administrative

  • Preferably Entry Level specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.

  • Basic Book Keeping and Accounting

  • Experience with Accounting software is a key requirement

  • Handle basic Payroll and Leave

  • Ad-hoc Administrative tasks

  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word

  • Able to do basic reporting, GST, CPF and other submissions

  • Meticulous with work, able to learn quickly

  • Work with Management to produce Time Attendance reporting

  • Has good experience using Xero

  • Full-Time position
